Cancellation & Returns
For online purchases in the UK, consumers generally have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, subject to applicable exceptions. The usual cancellation period for many goods is 14 days from receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them.

Condition of Returned Items

Refunds
